Our Therapists:

Anna Gilmour
Anna has worked with Spectrum for more than 6 years. She has developed an immense knowledge of Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome in her time with us, and has added this to her experience in Early Intervention and School based service. Anna is one of our PROMPT trained therapists. Anna is currently on maternity leave.

Leonie Wilson
Leonie is one of our highly experienced Speech Pathologists, working at the Ashwood Clinic and taking a lead role in the School Holiday Social Skills Programs. Leonie has always combined her 4 years of work at Spectrum with her role as a Speech Pathologist in  Early Intervention Programs. Leonie is a PROMPT trained therapist.

Kylie Watson
Kylie is now in her 6th year with Spectrum. Kylie is one of Spectrum’s Senior Speech Pathologists at the Western Autistic School. Kylie is one of our very experienced clinicians and leads the team, along with Fiona, in running our vibrant and innovative holiday social skills programs. Kylie is a PROMPT trained therapist.

Fiona Walsh
Fiona has been with us at Spectrum for a number of years. She is one of our very experienced Senior Speech Pathologists and works at the Ashwood Clinic and at Western Autistic School. Along with Kylie, Fiona is a leader in our regular school holiday programs.

Melissa Timm
Melissa has worked with Spectrum for over 3 years, bringing with her international experience from living and working as a Speech Pathologist in Japan and the United States. Melissa is currently on leave.

Lauren Chao
Lauren brings her experience of providing speech pathology services in Early Intervention Programs to Spectrum Speech Pathology. Lauren is now entering her third year of work with us at the Ashwood Clinic.

Heather Cullen
Heather brings years of experience and wisdom to the team at Spectrum.  She has extensive experience in the area of complex communication needs and has a particular interest in supporting people who use challenging behaviours to communicate. Heather is also a PROMPT trained therapist, has been working with us for more than 4 years, both in the clinic and at Western Autistic School –we are lucky indeed to have someone like Heather on our team.

Kylie Zammit
Kylie came to us from working at Southern Autistic School. She has been working in the clinic at Moonee Ponds for nearly 3 years.

Cathy Conte Cathy has joined us at Spectrum this year. She brings with her a number of years of experience working in Special Schools with children with autism and a range of developmental disabilities.

Jayde Gladman Jayde has joined us at Spectrum this year. Jayde is combining her work at Spectrum Speech Pathology with her work in a  Special Developmental School with children with autism and a range of developmental disabilities.

Nicole Henderson
Nicole joined the Spectrum Speech Pathology team at the Western Autistic School at the beginning of 2009. She will also be working in the Social Skills programs during the term holidays.
