Join us these holidays with your favourite toys where we can make friends, create crafts, participate in pretend play and work as a team! Together we’ll make new friends, get creative with crafts, dive into imaginative pretend play and work together through exciting group activities. It’s the perfect program for children who love to create, play and   share their ideas with others!

Program Goals

Through playful and engaging activities, children will have opportunities to practise:

• Giving and following instructions while creating fun crafts
• Using descriptive language to share ideas and stories
• Sharing imagination and creating individual stories during pretend play with peers
• Asking and answering questions in group activities
• Working together as a team to achieve shared goals
• Developing awareness of bodies in space and learning how to work successfully in a group
• Practising turn-taking, sharing and negotiation skills
• Thinking flexibly during play, problem-solving and craft activities

This program encourages creativity, confidence, teamwork and social connection — all while having lots of holiday fun!

This program supports NDIS Capacity Building goals, including functional communication, social participation, and transitions to new environments. Our Toybox and Beyond program helps to support the children’s participation and to achieve their unique therapy goals.

To build parent capacity, information, feedback, and flyers for parents are included as part of the program.
