Senior Speech Pathologist

Victoria graduated from Flinders University in 1984 with her Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology after having completed a Science degree in Psychology.

Since then she has worked in private practice, government organisations (Specialist Services, several Special Developmental Schools and the Department of Human Services, Disability Client Services and Behaviour Intervention Support Team) and not for profit agencies such as Yooralla, Irabina and Scope as a speech pathologist, team leader and consultant. She has always worked with people with disabilities and their families and the people who support them, in a person centred way.

Victoria works with the client to focus on the goals that are important to them and supports the person to reach their communication potential. She has skills in the areas of Key Word Signing and Augmented and Alternative Communication as well as having worked with a clientele predominantly diagnosed with autism. More recently she has studied a Diploma of Management, A Graduate Certificate of Business and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
