Cooking up Conversations Group Holiday Program

Join us in the school holidays as we learn about feelings, regulating our emotions, and putting our cooking skills to the test – it’s bound to be a tasty time!

Together we will do some make some delicious treats including :

• Chocolate spider baskets
• Rainbow fruit skewers
• Chocolate bark

Our group programs offer a fun, safe and supportive space to build confidence in social interactions and foster connections with peers who share similar interests.

We will practise:

• Working as a team
• Negotiating
• Problem solving skills
• Planning and making food
• Perspective taking
• Using the Zones of Regulation
• Chatting about the things we love!
