Based on evidence-based Lego Therapy, join us these school holidays for an exciting social learning experience while building with Lego!
We’ll be building LEGO creations and taking turns at being the architect, builder and supplier.
A fun and playful program that builds curiosity, confidence and connection. This is a wonderful way to strengthen executive function skills, communication and problem solving – all while having loads of fun!
Join us these school holidays for some brick building fun!
Children will work in groups to practise:
- Building LEGO creations while taking turns at being the architect, builder and supplier
- Following instructions, giving instructions and using descriptive language
- Developing negotiation skills
- Solving problems as a team
- Sharing an imagination and interacting through collaborative play
- Planning, organising and problem solving
This program supports NDIS Capacity Building goals, including functional communication, social participation, and transitions to new environments.
